You Can't Do This!

Usually when you tell someone "You can't do this!" is when they will try to prove you wrong and do it. Some would call this reverse psychology while others would refer to it as a challenge. I don't know of too many people who do not like a good challenge.

I have a challenge for you today, but first I would like to give you some important facts that might just prompt you to accept my challenge. Did you know that the data collection business did over $14 Billion in revenue last year? Did you realize the Direct Marketing Association says companies spent $191 billion last year on direct- response advertising? The category that includes direct mail and telephone solicitations produced $1.7 trillion in revenue. Is this phenomenal or what?

The Department of Justice reported: 797,500 children (younger than 18) were reported missing in a one-year period of time studied resulting in an average of 2,185 children being reported missing each day; 203,900 children were victims of family abductions; 58,200 children were victims of non- family abductions; ONLY 492 children Since 1997, has the AMBER Alert program been credited for safe recovery. These are pretty staggering numbers and they probably don't mean a thing to you unless you know someone that has be abducted, then this will hit home real deep.

The challenge is to be part of a program that can help recovery these missing people. The law enforcement agencies only have so many in the work force and if you were able to give some support, would you?

DNA is such a program if you are up to the challenge of helping others find their missing loved ones. DNA could help in such safe recoveries at a fraction of cost of Amber Alert... If DNA helped save ONE MORE CHILD it’s worth it?

Won't you lend a hand today!

  1. Staggering numbers for sure. I had no idea there were that many.

    So sad.

These are staggering numbers and we as citizens of the United States can lend a hand in a very unique way but participating in this program. Thanks again for making your rounds & including my blog in them.

  5. Hi, Eddie! I'm glad I found your blog. I belong to a group that envisions to fully implement a global alert system that will help locate or at least give tips whenever there are missing persons within 100 miles of the place where the missing person was last seen. It's ongoing now. It's a button that you put in your PC or laptop and you will receive an instant alert wherever you are whenever there is an alert. I'm sure this will be able to complement what you are doing now. While this will help the missing people and their families, there is a great component to give you income too, while doing practically nothing. To find out more, please visit: http://easyfreehomebasedbusiness.com I'd appreciate what you think about it. I've been giving free livelihood trainings and already have 5000 graduates so far. Helping really makes your heart grow stronger and healthier!!!

I agree that it is a worthy cause but wouldn't be necessary if everyone decided to be honest and selfless. Thanks for the visit and the wonderful comment.
