Lack of Success in MLM/Network Marketing

Your lack of success in your mlm/network marketing business is not your fault. Did you hear me? It is not YOUR fault! Don't even think about quitting! Most people do, you know, but you do not want to be among those numbers.

So, how do you stop from becoming a statistic. First you need to know that 90% of new businesses fail the first year. If this is true, and it is, then you do not want to align yourself with a business that is that young. Secondly, 90% of the rest of the businesses fail in the next 4 years. This is a tough truth to accept and I don't expect you to take my word for it, even though I'm not lying to you. All you have to do is a Google search and you can find out all you need to know about a certain company before you sign on the dotted line with them.

One thing for sure is that you definitely want to read a company's Policy and Procedures and their Compensation Plan before you make up your mind. Would you accept a position with an employer without knowing what your responsibilities are or how much they were going to pay you? Of course not! This is the same thing but most people don't look at it that way.

If you have already ventured into the mlm/network marketing arena and have not found success, it's still not your fault. If I were to guess, you probably were told that you would be trained or you would be guaranteed a certain amount of income if you just did so and so. Right? Well you, like so many before and after you, had to learn the hard way. Don't we all.

You need to ask yourself "WHY" am I doing what I'm doing. You need a strong enough reason as to why you are doing what you are doing. If WHAT you are doing doesn't work then you will figure out another way to get it done. There is no room to be wishy-washy or lukewarm in this business. If you are, you're a goner!

I will help you figure out your "WHY." This is not for my benefit, but for yours. You need a 99.9% "WHY" if you are going to be successful. If your "WHY" is anything less, you are sure to fail. This is a plain fact!

This system I will teach you is duplicatable. This means that not only can you learn it, but you will be able to teach it to others as well. To top it all off, it is absolutely free. I know, you are saying to yourself, "Why is he offering me all of this for free? There must be a catch!" Yes there is a catch and the catch is you will have to work for your success. I will help you by giving you the tools and training necessary to succeed, but I will not do it for you. If you are truly wanting to own your own life, then you will be willing to do what is necessary for this to happen. For once, believe in yourself. I don't even know you yet and I believe in you. You can and will do it, trust me.

I can and will mentor you and we can and will become close friends because what I teach builds relationships and relationships will build your business. Does any of this make any sense at all? I hope so! Let's get started today.

Are You Coachable?

What do I mean by being coachable? I mean, are you able to follow a proven duplicatable system?

I am involved with an online family called Mentoring for Free that has absolutely changed my networking skills for the better of my business. We have live lead calls. We have live skill calls. We have live ad calls. Most of all, we have a call this is above all the rest and it is called the Mental Cleanse Call.

Do you need to get all the useless chatter out of your head so you can focus on what's important? Like growing your business. We teach you how to do exactly that. What we have is a proven duplicatable system that is changing lives daily.

All of this is absolutey free with no strings attached. It is completely generic in nature and there are no products or companies mentioned on any of these calls. They are strictly for training you to be successful in whatever business you are promoting.

Why not give this system a try. Hundreds of frustrated and disheartened people have been turned around because of their involvement with this program. Send me an email or give me a call to get started. Don't you want to own your own life?

Are You Really Who You Think You Are?

Are you really who you think you are? I have recently been told by a dear friend something about myself that I didn't realize. I was told that I was like someone that I despise. When I say despise, I mean I despise their ways. I love this person more than they will ever know but I cannot and do not like what they stand for in this life. I would give almost anything if they would change, but they have been this way all their life and it looks as though they are going to go to the grave unchanged.

What disturbed me about my friend's comment was that they were very serious. I realize this is only one person's opinion but they are usually a pretty good judge of character. I suppose I was hurt more than anything, but it has given me a wake up call. A wake up call to try harder to be who I thought I was instead of who I am. Has this ever happened to you?

I know that everyone is not going to like me and that I can rub some people the wrong way, but to be like a person I despise is not satisfactory in this life or any other life. I also know that I will never be perfect and I can most definitely live with that truth.

Have you given much thought as to how others see you. Could you possibly think you have a blue personality (fun loving, spontaneous, enthusiastic, creative) when in fact you are more green (organizer, planner, persistent) in the eyes of others. Can this present a problem for you? Sure it can! What if you thought you were a yellow (dependable, team player, patient, supportive) and come to find out that others see you as a red (indecisive, losing control easily, control freak). How devastating of a character blow would that be to you? Might not recover!

It is important that we know who we are and that we portray the right characteristics. Should we listen to our friends and even our enemies to see what they are saying about us? Absolutely! Should we take their opinions with a grain of salt? Sometimes! I just know one thing, we cannot be a good mentor if we do not know who we are and what we believe.

I am going to work on me. Are you willing to take an honest look at yourself and make the needed improvements in your life before your good friend hits you with some truths you didn't realize? Hopefully this post will be your wake up call.

Organized Planning for your Networking Business

You mean to tell me we are supposed to be organized in our networking business. Wow! What kind of deal is this? Just kidding!

I realize that organization is one of the keys to success and it definitely goes hand in hand with desire. If I do not have a desire to be organized, then it just will not happen. Nobody is going to do it for me, that's for sure!

I like the term ally. I also like the term “Master Mind.” They both have such positive rings to them and I know that I need both of them if my desire for organization is going to come to fruition.

Now, organized planning is a different story. I know I can be organized so why did we have to ruin it by being so specific? Just kidding again!

I like to think that all that I am doing with my life, which includes my online business, is using my time to help others. I have gained much knowledge through my online family and I want to give so much back in return. I want to be the best mentor a person could ever have and I want to be this to every person that is willing to confide in me.

Since I have members of the Master Mind that I stay in close touch with, I doubt seriously if I will ever stray far from the fire. I know that lasting success is procured with numbers, not by one’s self.

With all this in mind, I try to make plans that are very attainable. I have set goals in my life in the past which never amounted to anything. They were not realistic , therefore I was defeated even before I began my endeavor.

I will not be labeled a quitter because I believe that a quitter never wins and a winner never quits. I have planned on being among the number labeled winners and I will not stop until this goal is a reality. You can be among that number too!

I have already met several wonderful leaders in this business and I want my name proudly displayed with theirs one of these days. I don’t say that in a prideful way, but in a humble way. I have a long way to go in my life to be as humble as I want to be, but God is still working on me in that area of my life. I pray He will not quit working. Therefore, organized planning is a must for me. How about you?

Failure is not an option with me, therefore I will strive to acquire the skills needed to be an organized planner. I will draw from the experience of the Master Mind group and utilize their resources wisely. Hopefully my patience will pay big dividends in the end.

Do you consider yourself to be an organized planner? If not, then get with a Mastermind group that can help lead you in that direction. I found Mentoring for Free to be that source for me and my business. The skill calls, lead calls and training calls are all free and worth the time and effort to give them a listen. If you are not getting this with your organization, then send me an email or download this free ebook and learn how you can be part of this wonderful family.

Get Organized!

Recruited or Sponsored into Network Marketing?

Were you recruited or sponsored into network marketing? Is this important to know? Absolutely! Why? First of all let's determine what both of these terms mean. Recruit, according to Webster's Dictionary, means to supply with new soldiers; restore to health; repair by fresh supplies; to obtain fresh supplies; newly enlisted. Sponsor means a surety; a godfather or godmother. Do you see the difference?

Being recruited means you are just a number. A number that can be replaced by yet another number. You will be used and when your usefulness is depleted, you will be discarded like a piece of trash. You have no meaning to no body! Do you want to be known as a fresh supply? Hopefully not, but think of the number of individuals in network marketing who are recruits. Sooner or later they will discover that they are no longer needed. What then? Maybe you are already among that number.

Now, on the other hand, if you have been sponsored then you become part of a family, which means you belong. Here you are known by your name, not a number. Here you are nurtured and trained to become a sponsor yourself. Here you have meaning and can contribute to the family. Here you will find acceptance, love, passion and self worth. You will also experience self satisfaction, good health (no stress), security, freedom, trust, fun and last but not least, financial independence. Isn't this what you were looking for when you got involved with network marketing?

If you want any kind of happiness and fulfillment in your life, you will need to create and maintain lasting, personal relationships. This means you will need to study and understand people. You can begin by learning the colors to success. Here you will discover personality types that will help grow your business. After all, if you will build people, they will build your business.

Be a Sponsor!

Network Marketing Requires A Vivid Imagination

What in the world would I do without my imagination? I would be bored stiff, that’s what! My imagination is what adds value to my life. It is what keeps my mind active so it won’t fizzle out on me. This is very important since I am getting to the point in life where my mind is not functioning at its full capacity any longer. LOL

What about a vivid imagination? When I was a child my imagination would play tricks on me. as I'm sure yours did also. I just knew that the boogyman lived underneath my bed or in the closet. Of course now that I am grown I know there is no such thing as a boogyman, but he/it was very real to me long ago. This was a vivid imagination being used in its fullest degree!

I have a wood workshop and so many times I have to depend on my vivid imagination to visualize my next project. Some would call this improvising. I call it creativity, as well as imagination. The workshop of my mind gets overwhelmed at times and when this occurs I have to resort to my vivid imagination to help get me back on track. This imagination has come in very handy with resolving problems with others I associate with in my business.

I know that my imagination is helpful, but it can also be detrimental depending on my focus. If I begin to stray from the task at hand, it could possibly get out of control and this could cause everything to tumble in the wrong direction. None of us needs this to happen in out lives.

I do believe that I can create anything that I can imagine. I also know that this is going to take time, sacrifice and patience. Time, I’m running out of, sacrifice comes rather easy for me, but patience is still a work in progress.

I imagine that I will be very successful in my network marketing career, but if I don’t take what I imagine and put it to work, then it will only be superficial and of no substance. Imagination is good, but vivid imagination takes everything to the next level and this is my desire, which will enable me to be a better mentor to those I sponsor and a better person in general.

Napoleon Hill, in his book "Think and Grow Rich," makes a simple statement in chapter six that is very thought provoking. The statement is, "What I would do if I had a million dollars. " I had to think about that for about a mega second because I know I would use it to get out of debt first, then I would be more generous towards others than I am already. I would use this money to make a real difference in people’s lives asking nothing in return. You see, I don’t desire a lot of money, just enough to get by and help others in need.

The imagination is a wonderful gift from God and if it is vivid then it is extra special. I will always try to use it for good. I pray I will have this gift and be aware of it until I depart from this life. How is your imagination functioning in your life today? Just curious!

Thanks!
Eddie

The Network Marketer Needs Training

First I would like to admit that I am one of the most ignorant people on this planet and that's okay. I do not need to be a know-it-all. I do not concern myself about this matter due to the fact that I can gain any knowledge I want from reliable sources, like the internet and God's word. Therefore, why should I clutter my mind with information that can be found in great volume with the click of a mouse or the turning of a page? If this fails, then I will call on my Master Mind group that will more than likely supply me with the answers that are needed.

Everyone has general knowledge and I’m pretty well supplied with this type, but I still don’t know the general knowledge about everything. This means I am still ignorant, whether I want to be or not. Ignorance is simply not knowing about certain things and I am okay with that fact about myself. There is no way on God's little green earth that I will be able to know something about everything!

Am I embarrassed to admit that I am ignorant? Absolutely not! I think the person who thinks they are not ignorant is truly the ignorant one. I wish I could say that I am very knowledgeable about everything in God’s word, but I would be a liar. I wish I could say I know everything about my company and its products, but I would be lying again. Why should I memorize all these facts when I have the Bible to help with spiritual matters and the web site or brochures for my products? I even have files in a back office to help me with other MLM companies if I need that information.

The way I see it is, if any individual has the ability to organize a Master Mind group to aid in their training, then this person is way ahead of most educated people. Here is the use of the common sense factor that is usually eliminated by most that call themselves educated. Success is not acquired by oneself! It involves others whether we want to admit it or not.

I can acquire all the knowledge in this world, but if I do not put it into practice, then it has been acquired in vain. Again I have to say, anything worth having is going to take blood, sweat and tears and possibly years before it comes to fruition. Acquiring the specialized knowledge I need to get the job done is imperative and I must be careful from whom I get this training. There are many sheep in wolves clothing and this can apply to the business world as well. Shame on me if I expect others to gain my wealth for me. If my monetary success is to be had, then I must acquire it myself or it will mean nothing.

Specialized knowledge should be sought after with every living breath. I cannot be satisfied with just a little. If more is available in my field of business, then I must go after it and soak it up like a sponge.

Anyone not willing to work for what they get is a foolish individual. I, in turn, do not see myself as being a fool, therefore, what I acquire will be through my own efforts with the help of God and my Master Mind Alliance.

New Sense of Network Marketing Utilizing Autosuggeston

Autosuggestion is a term used which applies to all suggestions and all self-administered stimuli which reach one's mind through the five senses. [Napoleon Hill]

Right off the bat I can see that there is going to be dominance somewhere in this equation. Is it going to be on the positive or negative side of my thinking? This determination will have to be decided from the get go in order to see results from the outflow. Will I be successful at this endeavor or fail miserably?

The mind, my mind, is a very complicated piece of workmanship that only the heavenly Father can figure out for sure. I can only experiment with it and make any necessary adjustments that will produce positive outcomes.

God wants me to be positive in all of my thoughts and I totally agree with this reasoning because if my thoughts are clean, pure and positive, it will mean positive results. I know that all my old habits were taken from me when I gave my life to the Lord, but I also know they try to rise up occasionally trying to throw me off track, just like some evil doers in network marketing.

If I want to be successful in life, which includes in my finances too, I have to stay the course of positive ins and outs that will not only affect my life, but all those around me as well. Sure, this is very easy to talk about and give the advice to others, but when it comes to putting my thoughts and actions into submission, it becomes a different story.

I have discovered over the years that this is not a one person operation. I must let others into my life who can be positive influences and are seeking what I am seeking. Do these people just appear out of thin air and say, "Here I am, your positive influence for your life." NO! Just like everything else in life, they have to be searched out and no one is going to find them except me.

I am thankful for individuals like Jason, Doug, Bob & Anna, Michael, Tom and many others who have already made a huge impact in my life since venturing into the network marketing business. With their continued help and friendship, my autosuggestion should stay in the positive mode, running smoothly until my goals come to fruition. I have to give the greatest credit to my Lord who is always there for me, even when I mess up royally.

Thank you Lord for never letting me down!
