Swine Flu - H1N1 Precautions

This is just a bit off key for my blog but when I came across the following article I just knew I had to help inform everyone that is thinking about taking this vaccine. Of course you will have to make up your own mind because you know your body better than this doctor, but the information he is sharing is really eye opening. Hope you will enjoy the read and take every precaution against this deadly virus. To your continued good health!

DR. RUSSELL BLAYLOCK ON SWINE FLU http://www.russellblaylockmd.com/
Dr. Blaylock is a board
certified neurosurgeon, author and lecturer. He attended the LSU
School of Medicine in New Orleans and completed his general surgical
internship and neurosurgical residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston , SC.

No one should take this vaccine (Swine Flu vaccine
)-it is one of the
most dangerous vaccines ever devised. It contains an immune adjuvant called squalene (MF-59) which has been shown to cause severe autoimmune disorders such as MS, rheumatoid arthritis and Lupus.
The newsletter for August covers this and it may not be out yet.
This is the vaccine adjuvant that is strongly linked to the Gulf War syndrome, which killed over 10,000 soldiers and caused a 200% increase in the fatal disease ALS (Lou Gehreg disease). This virus H1N1 kills by causing a "cytokine storm", which means that it causes the body's immune system to overreact and that is why it is killing young people and is a mild disease in the elderly. (The elderly have weakened immune systems.) This vaccine is a very powerful immune stimulator and carries the real possibility of making the lethality of the virus much greater.
One's best protection is vitamin D3.. One should take 5000 IU a day now and when the disease begins to spread increase the dose to 15,000 IU a day. Vitamin D3 modulates the immune reaction, reducing the chance of an overreaction and stimulates the body to produce what are called antimicrobial peptides, which are powerful killers of viruses that does not involve immunity. This is dose related, which means the higher the dose of vitamin D3 the better the protection. Fish oils (the best is Carlson's Norwegian lemon flavored fish oil) also reduce immune overreaction. One teaspoon a day should be sufficient.
For severe symptoms, one teaspoon twice a day. Antioxidants of
various kinds also help-this includes, quercetin, curcumin, grape seed extract, vitamin C and natural vitamin E.
Feel free to spread this around. People need to know how to protect themselves.

  1. Once swine flu virus hits your body it could be fatal but it can be prevented. We must boost our immune system in order to avoid such illness. Proper diet, regular exercise and taking food supplement are the easiest ways to combat viruses.

I agree 100% that the key to good health is to have a healthy immune system. Every aspect you mentioned is imperative if we expect our bodies to combat any virus. Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment.

  3. Hmm, I wonder if it was because of hearing something about that my wife has started taking D-3? I had never heard of the stuff before seeing her with a bottle of it a couple of days ago. I had heard of Vitamin D, of course, but not D-3.

  9. I finally asked my wife about the D-3 tonight, and she said that her doctor suggested that she start taking it after she fell and broke her back. On the other hand, she has been spending a lot of time lately updating the life insurance policies she has on me...

Glad you found out the reason for your wife's usage of D-3. Seems as though she is blessed with her fall & being advised by her doctor to start taking this vitamin. What's up with the increased insurance on you? Just curious my friend!

  11. I'm always troubled when one person speak so loudly against things like this. This one doctor is most definitely trying to make a name for himself. When one specialist after another, one doctor and scientist after tell the masses they should do this, and you get one who says you shouldn't who plays to the people with fear, it's not helpful; but in fact very damaging. No one I know who's gotten the vaccine has had any problems with it. As the death tool climbs from people who got the swine flu, I continue to encourage people to obtain the vaccine. I'm not in the group that can get the vaccine; though I did get the regular shot. I always do.

There are many healthy people getting deathly sick even if they had good health habits. One needs to determine their risk based on the number of people they come in contact with, and whether that group is likely to be infected. I often see 150-200 people a day at work. That's people of all ages and that's alot of exposure. Everytime someone sneezes, coughs etc. I cringe.

When you shop, ride a plane, a bus...pick up a pencil, someone else has used etc. Even with really good habits, it's hard to avoid it.

  12. Too right!!!
I just had the normal vaccine shot done, and I'm fine with that.
The swine flu vaccination is in full swing here, despite health warnings. As you say, it's up to the individual.

Thanks for posting this and letting other bloggers become aware of the dangers!

    have a nice weekend,

  13. I spent some time on line and was not able to substantiate the number of deaths related to the same thing that's in the shot. I did find the information regarding Gulf War deaths, but it did not indicate what this man claims. Many have died of other causes, many have died of autoaccidents, many died because of the chemicals; but no where did I find a connection.

Just thought I'ld let you know, I don't take this stuff lightly; having spent 22 + years in the medical field. Nut jobs like this one man, makes me shake my head.

All I can say is the doctor has a right to his opinion just like you and me. All I am doing is putting this info out there for people to investigate and make a determination as to whether they want to take the shot or not. I respect your opinion as much as I do this doctor. Thanks again for visiting and leaving this valuable comment.

Thanks again for the visit and I'm happy to know that you at least had the regular vaccine. So did I and I didn't have a reaction either. We have had doctors in our area advice both to take and not to take this vaccine. It still boils down to an individual's choice and I choose not to take it. I am glad you found this info to be useful.

I appreciate your diligence in doing some of your own investigating of the this shot's ingredients but just because you didn't find any info on the internet doesn't mean that this doctor doesn't know what he is talking about. I don't know him but surely he feels this strong about not taking this vaccine for a very good reason. I already chose not to take it even before reading this articles and everyone else will have to make up their own minds too. Thanks!
